Aston named best UK university for 'Value Added' in Guardian ranking

Aston University has been named the best university in the UK for 'Value Added' in the Guardian University Guide 2020 ranking.
The 'Value Added' ranking looks at students' qualifications before they enter university and their achievements when they graduate. To achieve a good value added score, a university must have real growth from students' entry qualifications to their final degree classification.
This ranking is a reflection of the effectiveness of the supportive environment, excellent teaching and opportunities to develop that students experience at Aston University, both within and outside of their course.
